Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items, including all tags and original packaging, into a secure shipping box to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

  Drop Off the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
